i think the point is to put enough weight on to do a 1 rep max. 7 times.

I agree with Test. You either remove the weight or lower the weight.
unless you can do 15 or so PERFECT wide grip pullups, I don't think there is any reason to be adding weight, even 5 or 10 pounds

Well I can't do more than two pull ups in a row right now. I do 3-4 attempts. Maybe I should try 7 x 1.
IT NEEDS TO BE IN BOLD. SIZE 7. WTF MAN?
