what does this mean?

    hello

    what does this number means 150/50 or blah..how do u count it? i have seen this in everyones blog..

    does this means 150 sets and 50 reps each :S

    i've never seen anyone's log say 150/50 so i don't know what you're referring to

    It probably means 150lbs for 50 reps. That's what NQ does to improve his benchpress.

    it means a person lifted 135 lbs 8 times, or 8 reps. :rolleyes:

    135x8 means the person lifted 135lbs 8 times (8 reps)

    If it is something like this:
    3x10
    it is more likely to be talking about sets and reps.. i.e. 3 sets of 10 reps.
