looks like your going to have to reformat it.
Do you have the latest ati drivers for your video card? Or better yet, do you have the most stable ones? Check out some ati boards for more info, I'm sure others must experience this same bsod and hopefully have a remedy.
try rolling back the drivers... also run a memtest.
can you do a system repair with the windows install disc?
people actually keep those
try reinstalling catalyst drivers. if not try a system restore till when it was stable.
how else will you install XP
With a copyed disk!!! after all you don't pay for the disk, you pay for the licence!!!
