    Lincoln LS- bmw 5series?

I know its not european, but can anyone attest to the claim that the Lincoln LS outperforms the 530, 540? ALso, anyone that has had experience with LS's should contribute both good and bad experiences youve had with them. I'd really like to hear what everyone thinks. THanks guys. :wavey:

yes, they began making them in 99. In 2000, they introduced one in a 5speed, then they immediately dropped it as an option in 2001.

That would be SWEET to have one with a clutch! I was checking them out when I bought my car, but I decided fuck heavy luxo and get something a little lighter and quicker.

God, I also love yours. What year and mileage do you have, and then also, what has been your experience with their reliability and dependability?

It's a 2001 with the V8, I have a little over 41,000 miles on it. Only problem I had with it was a clip inside the front passenger door broke and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it for free.

Because it's a Jaguar drivetrain in a Ford Body. Gee, let's pick one of the most unreliable cars, and mix it with a company that is known to sell unreliable cars, and what do you get?
