what does it mean when...

    I have to squat wide and toes out to go deep? If I don't squat this way I have to lean foward to compensate and all the weight is on my toes.

    How do I fix it?

    that makes it harder to go deep, not easier

    it could be poor technique, or shitty hip/ankle mobility

    how do you improve hip/ankle mobility
