what does it mean when your get sore days later....

    did legs on monday, tried to get out of bed this morning and almost fell on my face. felt fine previous days

    my legs dont get sore...am i doing it wrong? im hitting them hard and they fail during sets but the next day they arent sore.

    DOMS (muscle soreness) mean NOTHING!



    the only judge of whether or not you're doing something right/wrong or hard enough is whether or not you're moving closer to your goal

    Day after I'm always ok.. the second day, holy hell, but atleast the pain means I worked those muscles.

    I get kind of sore for the first 24 hours after I lift, then the next 12 hours get even worse. But it seems to fade away after 36-48 hours.

    For instance, I did legs monday as well and my quads and glutes are MAJORLY sore right now. After my 3 o'clock glutamine + BCAA's I'll be all good again.

    I'd just call it a good leg day :dunno:

    means your legs are sore and you need some Lemon Cucumber juice followed by some 5/3/1 stretching. Dont forget to take some AIFM, Thermo.

    Doesn't mean anything in regard to growth, since your muscles are often already repaired by the time DOMS is the worst.
