Bah, not much. She says that me use amino acids as fuel source only when in starvation but I recall reading a scientific article where it said that it could amount up to 10-15% of the energy we use during exercise.

Well..that seems a little off.
Well it could be right on the mark if you take into account that she's talking about weight loss but not fat loss.
I think she doesn't know what she's talking about.
my big issue is with the person asking the question "I’ve reshaped my body but I can’t seem to lose weight or inches." How have you reshaped your body but not changed weight or inches (size)? I mean, other than that i guess i agree with her, certainly someone doing more cardio than the person next to him will lose more weight, if scale weight is the sole goal.
