what does everybody here to for lat workouts?

    My lats suck so hard I'm stuffed for ideas how to build them up and I've only been using dumbells and barbell lately.

    Can any lat broly gimmie some pointers?

    used to take me high volume to get my lats to grow.

    pullups to 50 reps
    barbell yates rows
    db yates rows
    wide grip seated rows with pulldown bar
    close grip pronated pulldowns
    wide grip supinated pulldowns
    one arm db rows

    done

    now i'm doing that rippetoe thing so i dont really do much lats

    Lately I've been patial to uni lateral exercises for my lats. Specifically single arm pulldowns and single arm low cable rows. I also do slightly more reps for he left than right side.

    Lats seem to be my weak point, maybe I need to start working more on high reps.
