What does a "pullup" entail?

    as in christophers routine... Do you use pronated grip? Is it just like a chin up? what muscles does it work?

    pullup (pronated) works your lats mainly. Rear delts and biceps secondary.

    Chinup is Suppenated grip and works your biceps mainly and lats/rear delts secondary

    unless you dont concentrate on using you lats during pullups (as is the case with most people), in which case the biceps do a bulk of the work
