Fishoil worked for me when bulking 175-225. Interestingly.. once the gains slowed down, my body seemed to adjust and fishoil was no longer necessary FOR THAT REASON (joint pain, popping.. etc..)

Thanks for all the responses so far. I am looking into them. Also will these help with what is commonly called tennis elbow.

My elbows seem to be pissed off for doing supersets with 125lbs of EZ Bar curls then skull crushers......

"tennis elbow" really isnt joint pain, its inflammation of the tendon attaching the bicep to the forearm, or a number of other ligaments/tendons in the area

rice... rest, ice, compression, elevation. ice that shit down, wrap an ace bandage around it. anti-inflammatories, like ibuprofen (advil) or naproxen (aleve) work well.

it sounds like you overworked your arms, go a little easier next time and work your way up. your arms just need time to acclimate to weight lifting again.
