    Panasonic 58in V10

    Onkyo SRX707

4 polk audio M50s for the 2 fronts and 2 rears.

or should I do the M60s for the little bit more money?

    The CS2 center

Then I'll still find a sub and do the 7.1 rear speakers later.
Any input would help, I'm clueless at this stuff. Thanks

Look into the Samsung 58" 860 series plasma set. I think this year that the Samsung plasmas have surpassed the panasonics. For starters it's one piece of glass, the anti glare coating absorbs the light vs refracts it so the picture looks black instead of gray when there is sunlight on it. Aside from that, the processing is better on the samsungs this year, plus the color is more accurate out of the box on the samsung. Also, I know the G10 panasonic had some bad flicker in 48hz mode for 24p playback, hopefully the v10 doesn't suffer from it. Either way, the panasonic v10 is a good set. I would personally go with the samsung 860 over it, if I was buying a tv right now.

The rest of the stuff seems decent.

Your audio is pretty descent, however if you want some really nice floor standing speakers look into Klipsch (bit more expensive, but well worth the money) and the tv is probably one of my favorite tvs out right now. I personally think the v10 is better then the 58b860 and the 58b850, the anti-burn filter is much much better on the Panasonic, as the samsung does not even have a "true" filter.
