What do you think of this setup?

    This should run oblivion at high settings at 1280x1024.

    I opted for 1gig fast ram instead of 2 gigs, as 2 gigs is not necessary right now, plus I can always add.

    Hows the mobo? I dont need anything spify, I doubt I would get SLI, I would probably upgrade my whole rig again before I buy another card.

    I plan to overlock the amd a bit, can anyone suggest a good quite cooler?

    I am sticking with my odl SB LIVE, my guess it that shelling out a $120 sound card wont do jack shit

    I swaped the mobo for a non-sli one, A8N-e.

    Newegg is going to deliver in 1 business day even though its a 3 day ups shipping :bowdown:

    True, you can swap the 3700 for a 3500, still 2.2 Ghz and spend an extra 70-80$ for a 7800GT. Otherwise i like those specs on a budget, good build.

    don't get a 7800gt, get a 7900gt it's about the same price and performs as well as the 7800gtx, the 7800gt is almost worthless now...
