    Powercleans when I start trying to go heavier...I have to make sure to get the forearm parallel and elbows up.That and a couple of other small mental mistakes that happen at times.

    deads... last set i always seem to round my lower back bent/JS rows... coming up too much last few reps

    Squats or deads. I have a tendency to lean too far forward and center my weight on the ball of my foot.

    oh, and squats... i usually have my legs too far apart and my toes don't point straight forward :hs:

    nothing wrong with squatting wide, unless it's really wide and you are going heavy (raw).

    deadlifts, i cant pull with my ass low. my back is usually flat when i start to pull instead of like 20 degrees above horizontal or whatever it should be.

    wait, were you saying my hams were weak b/c i squat with my feet slightly wider than my shoulders? or because my toes point out? :confused:

    it's how i walk/run
    always has been, always will be... it's just the position my feet naturally tend to

    doubt that has anything with my muscle composition
