probably lateral raises and flies...hard not to cheat
in that order
No one has 100% perfect form, we can all improve in soem ways, I am suree
yer fucking BENCH!
bent-over rows with heavier weight..
Powercleans when I start trying to go heavier...I have to make sure to get the forearm parallel and elbows up.That and a couple of other small mental mistakes that happen at times.
getting out of bed.
walking up stairs
deads... last set i always seem to round my lower back bent/JS rows... coming up too much last few reps
front squats. my arms are too long
Squats or deads. I have a tendency to lean too far forward and center my weight on the ball of my foot.
oh, and squats... i usually have my legs too far apart and my toes don't point straight forward
nothing wrong with squatting wide, unless it's really wide and you are going heavy (raw).
deadlifts, i cant pull with my ass low. my back is usually flat when i start to pull instead of like 20 degrees above horizontal or whatever it should be.
Probably bb rows
not really wide, just a little wider than my shoulders
and my toes naturally point out, so...
my hams are not weak
wait, were you saying my hams were weak b/c i squat with my feet slightly wider than my shoulders? or because my toes point out?
it's how i walk/run
always has been, always will be... it's just the position my feet naturally tend to
doubt that has anything with my muscle composition
