What do you think about this routine ive thought up?

    Hey guys, ive been having trouble with my energy level during my workouts. I burn out completely by the end, cant get my accessories in. Morevoer my energy is completely deplted throughout the day. Its got to the point where im thinking of gettign my test levels checked. What if I decreased volume of workouts but started going daily instead of 3x a week? Im on the bill starr routine right now.
    Day 1
    Bench
    Squat

    Day 2
    Dead
    Rows

    Day 3
    Military
    Accessories

    Rest
    Repeat

    Oh shit, forgot the military. Edited for accuracy. Basically bill star's but the days are split into two. Is there a point to it?

    Diet and sleep are alright... not as good as they used to be before i started college. But i think something is wrong with me. Ive got a cold i cant get ird of for months now, when i wake up my nose is always stuffed, little thigns like that. Workouts have been getting harder and harder.

    Talk about being vague. You might see if you have the symptoms of overtraining maybe.

    My last break was a bit over two months ago, i think. But its not like im at a level where im moving serious weight, i dont think its overtraining. And yea this been bothering me enough, gonna get bloodwork done next week :o

    Sounds like overtraining to me. Take some time off and see if that helps.

    not enough exercises per day imo you should be hitting around 3-5

    Yeah i understand its only 2 excercises per day, but i feel that i could do more weight on each if i keep it only to two, and accessories will get more attention if they have a seperate day- i'll be able to lift more weight/do mroe reps on them. But maybe im just trying to avoid hard work :noes:

    then it sounds like you are lacking supplemental work to improve your 3 main lifts.

    yes, so do your main lift first, use the most energy on that. then do supplemental work to improve your main lift for that day.

    i was doing reps of 300 at 155 a few days ago and ive only been working out for about 3.5 months *shrug*

    i didnt really have time to explain what i meant. deezweez has been working out for alot longer than i have and hes strong. if deezweez targets his weak points in his heavy lifts, he could make them even stronger than they already are.

    so take your /argument and kiss my ass.
