What do you think about taking ground flax seed before bed?

    i drink an egg protein powder shake every night before sleep. what do you think about adding flax meal to that shake? im thinking like 4 tablespoons
    i guess my real question is what does my body do with that fat during sleep? most of it is "good" fat
    probably around 13g of fat

    calories dont matter

    i think it's probably good, 4 tablespoons seems like a fair amount, that'll fuck w/ the flavor of the shake pretty bad. i thought 1 tablespoon = 13g but i haven't had any in years.
