What do you take to mitigate your protein shits?

    I'd been having a bowl of Fiber One every morning for several months but yesterday I switched to sugar free Metamucil after realizing it was approximately 250 calories a day I was ingesting (with skim milk) the effects of which I could get somewhere else with less calories. I was shitting trains with the F1 now I'm shitting alien life forms :noes:

    I eat a half cup of raw oats in the morning, lots of yogurt (morning and before bed meal both have yogurt), and lots of whole grains. Keeps me pretty reg :dunno:

    To be honest, I always had problems with whey giving me rock solid shits that split my asshole open rather than the runs or anything like that.

    Mine are pretty average dumps. The worst is when I deviate from my established diet (when gf comes to visit or I go to visit her) - those turds make me :wtc:

    Well I say get my ass kicked, but what would really happen is that someone would convene a concall to make sure we're all on the same page in executing a synergistic go-forward strategy.

    i get rancid farts off of my whey but horrible shits from noexplode usually within 15 minutes of taking it then again when i get to the gym then again midworkout
