    Some oatmeal (it's instant and easy to make at work) or some sort of protein bar.

    Usually I am tired as hell on my way to the gym after work and almost don't go half of the time. But I still force myself to go and once I am there working out it's fine. I'd like to try some energy booster type things though.

    EC type supplement is fine.

    But if I'm looking to have real food I'll choose some middle-GI carbs beforehand.

    My only thing is I have a hard enough time sleeping at night so I want to get jacked up but then Im afraid that it will keep me up far to long

    I LOVE the mental boost it gives me. Doesn't do me much good as a fat-burner or whatever. But, it stays with me and keeps me kinda hyped throughout my workday too. So, I use it. :hyper:

    I bought a bunch of Synergy EC from BN so I'll be using that for a while. I prefer taking Vasopro and caffeine separately though.

    it seems synergy is considerably less potent than biotek or vasopro stacked with caff seperately

    I rarely need extra motivation to get pumped up for the gym, but I just buy a monster energy at the gas station on the way over if I do. I don't overthink this aspect :o
