More importantly can you do the ultimate expression of strength?
The standing bodyweight military press
I see a guy at my gym doing that, strict form, it really is impressive.
80's with DB's, dunno about with a BB.
havent db pressed in a while
the whole stack
i'm stronger than jonno? interesting i do 70's for a good 6
225 for 3-5 reps on my last set.
DB numbers aren't that great but I don't really give a shit.
Not a whole lot last time I shoulder pressed it was about 75x6 or 8 my best was 95x6
what's level 7 on a nautilus machine translate into in pounds?
I usually do 60-70lb db's for 8-12 reps. Never done barbell
185x5 on my last set today...
i threw up 75lb dumbbells yesterday for about 8 reps with no spot. again, fucking diet is killing my strength. i've done 185x3 with barbell a couple months back.
I can only do 75's for 3 sets of 6.....I am going to get upto 90's before I am done, but that will take another 4 months....
i do the 60's or 65's for DB and I did about 125 on BB this morning. Numbers should go up though because i'm just coming off a two month lay-off
Standing BB 205x6-8
Seated DB 90x6-8
I don't shoulder press
last time I did it I used the 80's for 10, but that was...along ass time ago
sitting in the chair with over head press--280 (stack plus 15lbs on each handle)
dumb bells- haven't done in a while--was at 65 (3x10)
