I've heard various rumors and theories about the benefits and drawbacks of stretching. Do you stretch, and if so/not, why?

    injury prevention.

and i've read that if you routinely stretch, it'll increase strength by 10-15%. Don't know if its true, but can't imagine it'd hurt.

Stretching brings me peace in my soul.

And plus I kind of have to if I'm sore, or I would go nuts from the pain.
