Oatmeal is irreplaceable, eat it every day or you'll turn into a carb-depleted LancerV.

i eat oatmeal pretty much straight.
no butter, sugar, milk no nothing added.
    simply boil and eat.

    holy motherfuck that looks delicious.
i doubt i can eat that stuff.
looks like you're trying to bulk.
i bet you eat that with gloves on. :mamoru:

    ------------

    as for me
    i love oatmeal to death.
i eat about a cup of it just about every morning.
i just need some variety so i don't get sick of it.

i'm a bit on the heavy side so i'm on the slimming down side of things.
    i'm going for teh lean.

how's the turkey bacon for someone trying to slim down?
if you were to make scrambled eggs how do you make it?
again for someone trying to slim down.
i don't eat scrambled eggs w/ cheese and i find myself using oils to make scrambled eggs.

    protein pancakes sounds good?
where can i find this recipe.

sorry i can't do yogurt or cottage cheese.
i was traumatized when i was a kid. :wtc:

damn i thought my 8 pills were too much. :hsd:

if you want to lose weight, you need to get most of your calories from proteins and fats, not carbs.

    like a 40/40/20 p/f/c ratio

if ur getitng sick of eating oats by themselves, make pancakes out of em

    i do

60g oat bran (same thing as oats, just smaller and better for pancakes/muffins)
    4 large egg whites
    1/4 cup skim milk

blend them together, add strawberries or blueberries or whatever if u want, and put em on a griddle

top it off with 1/4 cup of walden farms sugar free / calorie free pancake syrup

comes out to 257 cals, 5g fat, 37g carbs, 25g protien total depending on the brand of oats / milk you use.

if u want more protein, mix a scoop of ON's any whey in it.. flavorless and has like 17g of protein with 70 more cals.
