A&P what do you guys think of this lens?

    for my d70....:dunno: still trying to learn stuff, but i definatly know i want a nice zoom lens. can this lens do a pretty good job of getting a nice close up/candid?

    I use the G version and <3 it immensely, though I want a 70-200 f2.8 because of the internal focusing and quietness and manual override and fastness and.... well... it's hawt.

    Check out the Padres Game...some are w/ the kit lens and the obvious ones are with the 70-300. I'll look to see if I have others.

    so my dad sold one of his 4 wheelers today... :coold: just out of the blue tells me he's gonna give me $500 i was like:eek3:

    then he says i know i just told you i was gonna give you the money but you got any idea on how you gonna spend it... so i told him i was thinking that i wanted to buy thise lens... he just smiles and says yea, i kinda figure you where gonna...:coodl: made my day... it was on fathers day too...:coold:
