What do you guys think of this breakfast shake I'm going to use?

    So basically I never have time in the morning for a good breakfast meal I get up, get dressed and go to work at 7am so I really want to make a healthy and rich shake I can just whip up and drink on the way to work.

    What do you guys think of this

    In the blender:

    - low fat milk
    - whey protein
    - banana
    - 1/2 cup oatmeal
    - egg
    - honey
    - icecubes

    Do you think this would taste nice and be good for on the go?
    I'm scared to try it. :noes:

    So basically you don't have time because you don't get up early enough right?

    shake sounds alright.

    I'm lazy, i do 1 cup 2% milk, 1/2-3/4 cup oats, whey protein and blend. Works great. When I run out of milk i just do water, protein, and oats, not as good tastewise but still a filling breakfast.

    All I ever do is a cup of oats, two scoops of pro + water and ice.

    two scoops of whey, cup of non fat milk, banana, and 2 handfuls of oats here.

    I do something like:

    non fat milk
    ON powder
    low fat plain yogurt
    frozen mixed berries
    instant oatmeal, plain
    ground flaxseed
    packet of splenda
    usually one of two whole ice cubes to keep it cool for a few hours.

    dude, a packet of oatmeal in the microwave takes a minute to make, two tops.

    3 scoops mass meal has about the same macro as 3 whole eggs, a piece of whole grain toast, and a scoop of whey mixed in water (which is my normal breakfast). I just do the mass meal on mornings after I was up late and slept in.
