    I just made some. It was the fucking bomb. :bowdown:
    Only takes about 12mins from start to finish also.

    Scrambled eggs, cooked in diced tomatoes and onions served up with rice. :cool:

    Added salt and pepper too.

    breakfast skillet with rice?
    i like bell pepper and onions. then if i am feeling like i can spare the calories ill add a bit of sausage. then just ditch the rice and add tortillas. lol.

    Looks good, but I don't like tomatoes so I would replace that with another vegetable and throw some chicken or sliced ham in there.

    I make something pretty similar with scrambled eggs (mostly egg whites), sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, garlic, and chopped ham.
    Then I thow that next to a side of diced potatoes which were cooked with thyme and olive oil.
