How much will it cost? Is it's competition the Honda Fit? Nissan Versa? My girl rented one in Europe and said it was awesome. However, most cars in Europe were compact.

Do you feel that way about all small cars that are comparable? Is it this car in particular? I'm just trying to see what your justification is.

You people are why Detroit can't sell any cars. The new Fiesta is a very nice small car, and small cars are what most people buy no matter how convincing your Mustang/Camaro/Challenger wet dreams might seem.

this is a crucial car for ford, if the consumer base says so. with gas prices down, it remains to be seen whether or not the need, or more so, demand for such a car is high enough to drive sales. gas isn't all that pricey. of course there is always a solid demand from those who don't have a lot of money to spend on a car, and the fiesta may be a solid choice amongst a sea of otherwise probably crappy words

Test drove one last month and it was a good commuter car but thats about it. One thing that I would have liked to see is replace that cheesy wool looking headline with something slightly better looking.

not at all but it was just made of that really cheesy material that I know frays heavenly in no time. That was my only gripe the rest of the car was actually great
