I got a ruger Mini 30 and was wondering what its acurate range was.
Also how do you sight your guns in? I was told at 25yds the round should hit about an inch above that spot I was aiming at.

what are you using it for? 762x39, as you may know, is the most popular rifle round in the entire world, for simply one reason. The AK-47.

My AK (SAR-1) I usually shoot at about 50 yards, its pretty accurate.. the AK was meant to be able to hit a torso at 200 yards, which it can do. It may be more accurate in your Ruger, not sure though.. but I would either sight it in at 50 or 100 yards.

7.62x39 is a great middle of the road round.

You could use it on varmints all the way up to smaller deer.
