    so ive learned a lot from this subforum and reading up on what you all eat to stay healthy and what not, but im now looking for meals.

    i gotta go shopping today for food and im sick of eating the same shit, its getting to me.

    what are you cooking? :wavey:

    here's 4 meals i eat at 400 calories each that are pretty balanced.


    egg beaters , rice, oil
    rice, beans, salmon/tilapia
    oatmeal, protein
    bread, tuna

    btw, thats brown rice and extra fiber bread. I don't just eat bread adn tuna, i add condiments but they are really really low cal or no cal. same goes for the other meals, ill add suger free jelly and splenda to my oatmeal and salsa to my beans and rice. a little soy with my imitation fried rice.

    Individually frozen chicken breasts and thighs, avocados, bananas, plums or some other sweetish fruit. I drink tea too ... lots of milk. Ground beef, ground turkey, shredded cheese, flour tortillas, canned chicken and low fat canned hash. I get those steamed frozen veggies too, corm brussel sprouts, broccoli .. lots of frozen chopped spinach too. Instant potatoes and sweet potatoes too. Fuck egg beaters, get regular eggs. I go thru one of those 2 1/2 dozen cartons a week.

    30 eggs a week is nothing, that only a little over 4 eggs a day.

    Read a study last week Keeler that said Tilapia is worse for your hear than Bacon.

    For some reason i can only have like 2 and a half meals a day..

    I eat egg whites, Chicken, Rice, Veggies just about every day

    everyday is about the same.

    7:30 AM - Dymatize Elite Whey w/a few blueberries.
    9:00 AM - 10 egg whites 2 yolks w/spinach, 1 cup oatmeal (every other day on the oatmeal)
    10:45AM - 2 scoops MHP Probolic
    12:15PM - 3 grilled chicken breasts over broccoli, 1 cup brown rice

    WORKOUT

    2:00PM - 2 scoops Dymatize, 1 cup oatmeal w/honey, 1 tablespoon Natty PB
    2:45PM - 2 Turkey burgers, 1 cup green beans
    5:00PM - Salmon, 1 tablespoon Natty PB
    7:30PM - 2 Grilled Chicken breasts, tablespoon cottage cheese
    9:00PM - 2 Scoops MHP Probolic

    Sashimi a couple days a week when I feel like treating myself.

    It's functional food... for the next 2-3 months you will eat only for function and fat loss NOT for pleasure.

    You can have lettuce, broccoli, brussel sprouts or cucumbers.

    ive been eating the "egg whites, Chicken, Rice, Veggies" type meal for months now and just wanted to switch it up a bit. ill sometimes see someone cook something that looked good as hell and was still healthy for you.

    i will say though, it has helped with the fat loss

    what in the fuck do you do for a living? :eek3:
    do you just bring that to work? ive been reading up on your eating/workout log (whatever you wanna call it) and it helped a lot with my eating habits. i bring my meals to work and eat at specific times of the day with the correct foods, but damn man, you seem to eat every 2 hours

    own my own businesses so its lax in that way, but i do work all day, i also prepare a lot of foods in the morning/night before.

    its good, depends on what rolls, if youre eating shrimp tempura though i'd steer clear. if youre eating salmon/avocado rolls, sure. its healthy. watch the white rice consumption obviously if youre looking to diet.

    these BJ's bagels are the shit. 720 calories per bagel, can of tuna, and some sunflower seeds and it's up to 1200 calories. nothing like a good cheap meal

    whole grain bread tuna sandwich

    tuna+crushed red peppers and some cajun spices, make sandwich and throw that bitch on the foreman grill, sometimes i add cheese :drool:

    chicken breast + same shit, cajun and crushed red peppers that u add on pizza on white rice and black beans

    tobasco sauce on everything

    Today I had

    Protein shake w/ skim milk for breakfast w/ Multivitamin, Fishoil.

    Lunch is a chicken salad from Zaxby's

    Dinner was homemade chicken Fajitas w/ red bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, and cheese.

    I also drink alot of unsweet tea and water. atleast 1 gallon a day.

    small bowl of fibre1 with a scoop of ON whey.
    protein: primarily salmon or chicken breasts. sometimes i'll buy steaks or ribs or something to switch it up. typically eat 1 salmon fillet and 2 chicken breasts

    if its a workout day i have a PWO shake of milk + 2 scoops of BSN syntha-6

    i try and have a bowl of salad either being mixed greens or spinach

    eat 14+ mini carrots

    apple + banana

    2 Large Eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal

    2 scoops whey in water (sometimes with a teaspoon or two of ANPB)

    6-8oz protein (ground turkey, chicken, steak) w/ 1 cup of rice

    2 scoops of whey in water (or more of lunch if I made a lot)

    TRAIN

    Rapid Recovery drink

    8-10oz protein, 1 cup rice, salad


    Pretty much every day

    Tuna, rice, peppers, peas, olive oil, cheese, chalets and oinions all mixed in a big plastic tub. Whatever, just eat to get it over with and wait for the poops to come so I can eat more.
