    sometimes 4 oz skim milk + 1/2 cup oats + 2 scoops ON

    nah, just drop that in a cup and stir. i eat them with a spoon and drink the shake.

    that may be true. and im sure somebody is going to come here and post a study any second now but ive done it both ways and i like doing the fast digesting then eating slow digesting 1-3 hours later.

    whatever the fuck i want. usually some grilled chicken, cookies, milk, potatoes w/ sour cream, and some brownies.
