for me lately its been water, arizona no carb peach green tea , and gatorade.
coffee, water, gatorade, milk, ocassional beer
Water, protein, beer and tequila
Oh yeah... a fine single malt on occasion as well.
dunno what it's called in english...
apple juice with sparkling mineral water ftw
black coffee in the morning, water, water, water, water, maybe a moutain dew, water, water, ....milk..water...
Water and one Ensure a day.
edit- I forgot that I drink soy milk too.
Lots of water, gatorade, and sometimes a sweet tea if I go out.

Sugar-free Red Bull in the morning, water after that... flavored with lemon juice and splenda sometimes.
About 3 mt. Dews a day, some Koolaide, beer, whiskey. Water, or Gatoraide Propel at the gym.
In the order of quantity consumed per day...water (plain, creatine, and BCAA's), milk, OJ. I maybe have a beer or two a month.
maybe a coke, every few days
2-3 beers every few wed
a bottle of wine a weekend
i drink water, and lots of milk, LOTS

Propel and regular water... do egg whites count?
water, 1% milk, V8, Coke C2 (one a day), ice tea (unsweetened), occasional beer or bourbon
*wondering if anyone here belives in urine therapy.
