This week has been pretty hectic at work so I've been getting home at around 10pm, dead tired.

My roommate has a pair of 25-lb dumbbells so sometimes I'll do some circuit training on those (curls to shoulder presses to lunges to shrugs to push-ups, so on and so forth).

Any suggestions? I feel bad that I can't go to the gym but work has just been killing me this week, plus I'm usually snowboarding on the weekends.

If it's too late or too snowy and I'm away from home(have nice gym at home), I do 4 variations of pushups and 3 of situps.

work's been hectic for me too... 12 hour days in the office plus another 1 or 2 hours of working from home. I also make all of my meals and do the dishes. I find or make the 1 - 1.5 hours in my day.

    Same here.

I work from home in the morning before work and put in another hour or so when I get home.

I also take the train for an hour each day :hs:

Anyway hopefully next week will be pretty chill. :o

go to the gym, get less sleep. It might hinder progress but i doubt it's worse than not going... plus I want to go.

if you have time to "workout" at home, you have time to go to the gym

if you really don't have "time" and it's more important to you to do other things with your time, then so be it.

    Yeah I'll try that, thanks.

When I started this job I was going 5 days a week at 6am, then eventually switched to 10pm at night.

But if this is the only time I have to make it work then so be it... :p

    Kinda the latter this week.

I'm sorry maybe it's just one of those weeks when nothing seems to go right.

I've always been able to go ~5 days a week for at least 1.5 hours.

Just never been in this sort of situation I guess.

if its been a while since my last break, I'd usually just take the week and let my body recover. if I know about it ahead of time, I'll try to work around it

the gym has changed my life so dramatically for the best, i will always make time for the gym. at least 2-3 days a week i will attend no matter what, as a part of a healthier and happier lifestyle. if i dont have 45 minutes about 3 times a week for myself, i better evaluate my current situation and switch it.
