what do you guys do to counteract the effects of high caffeine intake?

    for some reason my last few cycles of E/C have really kept me up late at night. caffeine didnt used to effect me but its keeping me up very late at night


    any tips?

    people that take theanine, what dosage do you take? some say 1 pills 3x a day.... i dont think i need that. can you take it just before bed?

    I just bought a supplement from NOW called True Calm.
    Ingredients per capsule include
    GABA 200mg, Glycine 200mg, Taurine 200mg, Inositol 100mg and Valerian Root 25mg.

    Would this be good for calming nerves?
    I take about 100-200mg caffeine pre workout. First thing in the morning only. But tend to have anxiety problems and minor depression.

    drink alcohol. it's a depressant and will cause internal equilibrium.

    I do have 5 htp. I guess I'll look for theanine as well. Could I just add the theanine to the True Calm as well?

    5htp isnt doing anything? yeah def try the theanine...and i dont know shit about nootropics which are in true calm so go for it
