What do you guys do on those days you hate....

    ....If you do hate any. I HATE back days. I never feel any gains and I just cant get into doing back exercises. I tried pur's lifts and tons of others.


    What do you guys do on those days you hate? I just seem to lose focus and end up doing a little cardio then just leaving. Chest/bi/leg/tri days on the other hands I love and dont want to leave the gym.


    Oh and i know there is the "get over a bad day" thread... but this isnt like one bad day and what not. I NEVER like back days

    2. Notice how small and underdeveloped it is
    3. Get pissed off go to gym

    IMO doing stuff outside of the gym is hard as fuck if you challenge yourself. Playing any sport really hard or sprinting up hills makes me want to puke... Also shit like sled drags, the prowler, and other SM type joints look very puke-inducing as well.

    Makes the gym seem easier if you're just doing a standard routine. squats and milk or other high-rep programs can be rugged as hell though.

    Only days I hate are cardio days

    I used to hate working legs and back, cuz it took so much out of me. Now I fucking love both, because they take so much out of me. Once I started seeing seperation in my quads and thickness in my back, it made me want to hit them every day.

    i hate working legs because my knees always seem to start hurting; im sure its a form issue.

    my delt development is pathetic but I've got decent lats and traps so I look like I have some width even from the front...
