What do you guys do for lunch at work?

    I am trying to think of good alternatives for lunch?... Or if I should bring myself something from home.. What do you guys do who have office jobs?

    I bring a banana, 3 natural life bars and 3 sandwhiches to eat during breaks.

    i bring my lunch to work, usually rice with either beef/chicken and i drink water with crystal light all day that i get from the kitchen/breakroom.

    Lunch is my major downfall. I like having a break/change of scenery to break up the day. If I eat in I usually am not as productive in the afternoon. OT and F&N already take enough of that.

    When i used to work 40 hrs a week. I usually would bring 2 natty peanut butter sanniches, protein shaker, fruit cup, and a Quaker Q-smart bar. Not the best bulking food, but what else can you do ...ya kno?

    i'm in college. i go to the buffet style dining hall and chow down on a multitude of food.

    24oz protein/ homemade weight gain shake (700cals, 65+g's protein)
    1/2 lb turkey sammich
    bag of peanuts to snack on all day

    Lunch has always been my weakness.

    I'm starting to bring, though. Basically I cook 5 chicken breasts Sunday evening and have one per day (plus veggies) for lunch. I feel 100% eating healthy now...

    I take tuna wraps. Basically, one can of tuna, mayo, whip it up and roll it up in a flavoured soft burrito type shell. Very excellent.

    I usually stop at Publix before work and get a spinach wrap with turkey and lettuce and that's it. Sometimes if I'm feeling frisky I'll get some mustard on it. :o

    If I don't eat that than I usually opt for sushi or a rotissere (sp?) chicken from Publix with brown rice and a tomato or something. I never bring my own lunch because I never end up eating them and go out anyway.

    I take a full cooler with me to work everyday. Not one of those lunch coolers, those im going away for the long weekend and packing it with beer coolers.

    2 cans of tuna with a peanut butter sandwich and an apple.

    Or

    Chicken breast, mixed vegtables, 2 slices of toast and milk.

    I take a cooler every day :wiggle:

    I make extra-lean hamburgers a lot, and put them with fat-free cheese and a potato bun or a low-carb tortilla or low-carb pita bread.

    Salad and chicken; low-carb bagel with extra-lean turkey bacon and fat-free cheese; cottage cheese and fruit; etc etc.

    I get a lot of flak for my cooler :mamoru: but nobody in my office is even remotely healthy.

    today i ate

    breakfast: stouffers fettuccini alfredo - 600 cals
    second breakfast - half carton of cottage cheese with cherry pie filling :hsugh:
    lunch - two ham sandwiches with jalapeno mustard
    after lunch - full bag of cheddar cheese combo's - 1200 calories :eek4:

    chowing down at my desk ftw

    Around 10 I eat a quick can of ravioli good for about 500 calories and then lunch two hours later is usually whatever my dad hooks it up with. Then around two I like to try and squeeze in a can of tuna and some kind of veggies. I work construction so most of my day food is quick shots of a few hundred calories.

    muscle milk n' oats
    microwaveable chunky soup
    Starkist Tuna fish lunch packs
    jerky
    kroger carbmaster yogurt
    powerade
