Well lately i've had a hard time getting my energy up for lifting I've had a lot of stuff going on lately (been doing on and off lifting for about 6 months) Trying to use proper form (i'm a beginner), but sometimes it doens't work out too well, but i'm tryingg. But now to the point. Lately I've noticed that my flexibility is pretty bad, and needs a lot of improvement, so I wanted to know what the best way the increase flexibility is.
    Thanks in advance

    don't listen to that advice

do mobility work (see the write up I did in the F&N fileshare) and stretch after completion of your workout

yoga will not only stretch you out, it is very relaxing and good for your lymph system. Yoga class is actually growing on me (I go with my wife) :coolugh:

so I should resist the temptation to stretch after waking up because I could injure my muscles...

and lions who stretch before chasing their prey are doing it all wrong

A lot of the moves encourage lumbar spine mobility when you want stability. And most females shouldn't be stretching their hamstrings.
