I figure I might as well start doing some ab stuff. When doing squats and a few other lifts/pulls they seem to fatigue quickly, as I am sure they are weak as hell. I haven't really done anything with them, ever; so I think now would be a good time to start. I could care less about having a "six pack" at this point, but want them to be a bit stronger. I am doing NQ's routine right now, without the abs. So anyway, what do you guys do?
