What do you find to be the best way to lower bodyfat percentage?

    I'm wondering if anyone here managed significant % cut based on a specific diet/exercise regiment.

    train as hard as you can on weights, drink a shit ton of water, get your daily protein intake, take it easy on the carbs and fat and finally, get some cardio in there.

    edit: oh, and find a routine that works for YOU! i'm doing a three day split...4 compound exercizes each day and two isolating exercizes.
