I work at a desk I know most people do so what do you eat through out the day?

I been having protein shake in the morning (ON whey, banana, fat free milk pb) then eating like tuna or a sammich for lunch with veggies. Snacks are usually like popcorn or pb. Im trying to build a weight loss diet.

Also what do you put in ur protein shakes?

if you're trying to lose weight i'd suggest ditching the popcorn and snacking on nuts instead. and try water in your shake as opposed to milk

i eat cashews. less protein but you get the same calorie/fat ratio.

might miss out on fiber but that shouldnt be a problem.

taste of cashews >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> almonds. i had to return 2 bags of costco almonds b/c i couldnt stand it after 1 bag.

I usually only work 5 hour shifts so I just need one meal inbetween that is easy and can be eaten in 15min. I tend to bring a PB sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, 3 tbsp peanut butter, and 1tbsp honey) with 2 scoops whey, and 1 string cheese.

Same thing more or less as this dude
    equally spaced

protein shake in water and 1 serving natty pb

    lunch

protein shake in water and 1 serving natty pb.

but it all has to fit in the larger picture of your overall daily macros also.

normally I bring a can of tuna w/ avocado or olive oil, eat that as a snack, then get some kind of fast food or take-out with my coworkers for lunch. Now that I'm trying to eat fewer calories I'm avoiding the burgers and shit and I'll stick to crap like subway or I'll try to bring my own lunch.... I know subway isn't the best but it's fewer calories and I'm not trying to get to 5% bf here, just down to a healthy 10-12%.

Im trying to build my self a solid days diet/work out.

Starting June 1 I will work 8-7 with a 1hour lunch. I use the gym at work and I haven't figured out if I want to use it on lunch or after work. I have time while working to eat whatever so gathering ideas from you all here. any suggestions? I know my morning shakes are always (1 scoop ON whey + 1/2 cup oats + pb, and now water as a mixer not milk)

Im thinking for lunches to do tuna some days and turkey sandwich on the others. And should I down some whey+water on lunch or use it as a snack in the afternoon?
