I'm sitting at 2185/68/182/218 (cals/f/c/p) [thats 29%/30%/41%] for the day and I worked out a lot today (lifting and HIIT) and I need to eat more. What do you guys eat, especially late at night when you shouldn't be eating carbs?

I'm not that hungry or anything, but I don't wanna start getting my muscles eated :noes:

muscle milk seems to be a great option... only had it a few days so far but it doesn't make me feel full at all, so it'd be great if you're trying to fit in cals between meals or with them.

Otherwise, if i'm really desperate... fast food.

In this situation I usually go for one of the following:

    - HUGE salad with tons of low fat mozzarella cheese, olives, low fat dressing.

    - Scrambled eggs w/ cottage cheese.

    - Chicken breast w/ melted cheese on top and salsa for dipping.

    - Peanut butter balls.

I don't understand why so many people want such heavy caloric intake. You're not burning away more than you eat... won't you get fat?

    why wouldn't you want a six-pack?
