    Cutters? Maybe you should be posting this in the road to recovery forum, they can help you with that sort of thing.

    chicken, tuna, turkey, cheese, yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, wheat bread... lots of water

    just boil like 20 eggwhites at night and throw them in the fridge

    I'll usually have 6 egg whites and a whole egg with a piece of fruit or something

    some fish, lots and lots of shrimp :drool: , veggies, water, water, water

    shrimp are very low in calories, and fairly high in protein. They are the staple of my diet when I cut.

    wheat stove top stuffing, chicken, salad, green peppers, cereal bar, 100 calorie bag of either oreos/chips ahoy/cheetos, yogurt, wheat pasta, bologna sandwich, green beans, saltine crackers, smores bars etc
