can't sleep and hungry.
whole wheat toast + natty peanut butter
chicken usually, with some fish oil
chicken + mustard + jalapenos, wrapped in romaine lettuce
cup of cottage cheese and some fruit
re-heat whatever meat i have as leftovers in the fridge. chicken or pork chops mainly. throw some potatoes or rice with it.
left over meat from dinner and/or protein supplement.
a protein shake.
celery with some peanut butter
carrots with some ranch
whatever you eat during the day
light popcorn I love the minibags- 100 calories, some fiber, and a lot of bulk. Also sugar-free jello.
handful of grapes, hunk of cheese
Protein shake, fat free yogurt, fruit, chicken or porkchops or tuna, mixed unsalted nuts eggwhite omlet w/ veggies
elfling or xela
jar of peanut butter
didnt know food lost its nutritional value at night
Tastes like chicken
pack of smoked salmon.
