sandbag work, high rep multi directional lunges, clubell swipes, clubell mills, clubell snatch squats, jump rope, heavy-bag burnouts, this list could go on for hours...

I want to buy some tractor tires and put in my back yard. That would be fun.

And we can't forget the sledgehammer!

I heard a lot of times you can get used tires for free from places who are trying to get rid of them.

yep, I got my huge one from a place that specializes in re-treading tractor tires....they have to dispose of them sometimes and it is expensive so they were happy to let me have one. Fucking manager helped me load it on the flatbed.

As far as in-gym, I just do short rest intervals w/ all of my lifts except max effort work. You could try extra workouts

That's more or less what the JC circuits are.

I've also considered just racking and un-racking as many 45s as I could, but that'd be a little weird looking, too. :o

Meh, who really fucking cares what other people think though. I get enough weird looks w/ board presses and box squats. I get people blatantly staring at my new red chucks though. I guess they clash w/ my green shorts and yellow t shirt though
