    keep your mind off cutting?

    My main problem isn't the eating, it's the results. I know they are coming, and people reassure me and tell me they see the changes...but I guess since I look at myself everyday it seems they have slowed down and/or stopped.

    Besides the obvious of trying not to look in the mirror everyday...what do you guys do to keep your mind off of it?

    the best is to take pics every couple of weeks, it keeps you motivated. also looking at a physique that is one of your goals helps too.

    I eat a dessert to hit the spot on weekends. So 5 days of clean eating and 2 days of w/e. Not the quickest way but it's working for me.
