what do you add to your oatmeal?

    I'm sick of wasting my money on this apples and cinnamon stuff. I want a cheap replacement for it. I HATE oatmeal and whey, so this won't work. I can down regular oatmeal, but it's not preferred, I like to soemwhat enjoy my foods I eat. Cinnamon and sugar gets a little old. Any recommendations?

    i add splenda and two spoonfuls of sugar free jelly (for 1 cup of uncooked oatmeal). I like strawberry. I've also tried splenda and peanut butter, it tastes pretty good but its really thick and must be eaten with milk.

    80g oats, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, 1 tbsp walden farm choc syrup

    (optional) 1 tbsp pb or 1 scoop musclemilk

    Raisins and cinnamon. Neither are expensive and they should last you a little while if you buy in bulk...and they don't go bad either.

    I don't cook my oatmeal, I just grind it up and toss it in my protein shake

    I do this a lot, mostly in the mornings cause its quicker then cooking and I Can just drink it in the car.

    when i do cook it, I do the same, throw some protein in and eat away

    Hot water + brown sugar when its cold out.

    1 cup uncooked oatmeal + 1TBSP peanut butter + 1 scoop chocolate protein + 1 cup milk is my preworkout meal ...

    i make it with milk and put a little honey in it. i also like using a packet of splenda with some kind of fruit.

    I like plain oatmeal with 2 packets of splenda the best....and I drink my whey with water separately. I think the oatmeal gets too pasty if you try to mix the whey in with it.

    i usually put my oats in a blender until they're a powder, then i make my protein shake (2 scoops into a cup of milk, stir), then i add in the powder, stir, pound.

    the whole blending thing is too much of a pain. I'm gonna try the brown sugar idea. what's the shit they add to the flavored packets of oatmeal? they gotta sell that stuff in bulk somewhere. apples & cinnamon ftw
