Weights in the morning, then HIIT in the evening?

overtraining and a waste of time, or good way to cut the fuck up??

I like morning cardio / evening weights alot better personally. Cardio first thing in the AM gets the metabolism going pretty good for the rest of the day.

Lol if you've ever done HIIT right you'll know its fucking hard on the body. Not many can Lift at full intensity after doing HIIT. How many actual BB do you see doing HIIT?

Your search - rick ross doing HIIT while railing a line of yay off of some cumhogs back dimple - did not match any documents.

    Suggestions:
Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
    Try different keywords.
    Try more general keywords.
    Try fewer keywords.
