Well, having an office job... EVERYONE drinks coffee. I'm 22 and have never drank it. I have tasted it, and thought it was disgusting. I just read something though about it being a good way to curb cravings for food and other junk and the caffeine obviously helps with weight loss. I'm on a cut and eating 6-7 small meals a day... but it's leaving me slightly hungry between meals. Unfortunately, there is always donuts and candy and junk here at work to eat. I do really good with not eating it, but I think coffee would help even more. I've drank a couple cups this morning (black of course... I don't need the cream and sugar in my diet) and I think I could learn to like it if it's worth it. I've read about it and the effect it has on boosting cortisol in your system which causes weight gain (specifically around the mid-section where I'm trying to lose weight in the first place) But I've also read that coffee is your friend on a cut. What are your feelings on it?
