I'm trying to lose some weight (ideally drop 20lbs or so). I've cut back on my calorie intake a lot (down from around 3500-4000 a day, most of the excess made up by alcohol). Added 30-60 minutes of cardio a day to the 5 days a week already lift (will be doing 1+ hour mountain bike rides in addition to the cardio at the gym once it gets nicer out). Currently taking multi-vitamin, green tea, yohimbine, CLA, fish oil, and glucosamine (may start doing some ECA stacks too). I've never had much luck with losing weight even when under the direction of one of the Viking's personal trainers. Carb cycling never worked (high, low, no carb days) either. Currently 5'10" and 205lbs. Heres a typical day. Sometimes it's closer to 2000 calories from a bit more protein. Suggestions on what I should change?
