what did YOU do for cutting?

    I know the obvious "eat less calories" change for cutting

    but what else did you do?
    up the cardio?
    change your lifting routine?
    change your supplements?

    Thats a no brainer.

    A bit..
    Although my routine looks quite similair, I do less weight on the big moves (max bench right now is 275) but my other sets are more intense. Im drained when I hit the gym, cause im not eating enough.
    Yes.
    Test + NPP = awesome for cutting and keping / gaining Lbm.

    Less volume but same intensity. (less sets, but I try to do the same weight)
    add cardio on off days when I feel it shouldn't hurt my recovery
    less food
    EC, plus green tea.

    Took Caffeine and Ephedrine everyday, dropped calories to 1800, ate the same food 5x a week, cardio 4x a week, and gained strength.

    up teh % of total calories protein makes up, cardio stayed about the, it might have even dipped a little

    I eat 2k cals a day. Lift 4 days a week and I lift VERY hard and HEAVY. I do cardio 5 days a week at a minimum of 2.5 miles where I usually run 15:10s. A couple times a week I do 3.1 miles and I usually run those in the 18:40s. Protien and carbs make up most of my diet and are really the only to components I REALLY focus on. Fats usually fall into place most days although they could be better most of the time.

    clenbuterol and winni 5 times a day and tons of junk food :bigthumb:

    ECY, cardio, dropped food intake, ate healthier, lifted weights more often, dropped fat like it was nothing.

    since you are talking about dieting instead fo cutting, what i did was i increased cardio, did an average of 30 minutes every day i went to the gym, then lifted weights. Ate a hell of a lot less, and ate for wholesome foods like fruits, veggies, and had a good amount of fish and chicken. id say make goals for yourself at how many calories you wanna take in per day and log what you eat, it will make keeping track easier go to www.fitday.com and log what you eat each day

    20mins bicycling preworkout, slow speed
    Heavy compound lifts 3 days a week
    1-3 sets per muscle group on isolation work
    Fish Oil 12g
    Caffeine

    Once a week sprints, half mile to a mile of total running

    Plus some more cutting specific supplements and maybe even a cutting drug

    No bread No sugar ..only low GI foods
    All meals are grilled chicken/fish + veggies
    Drink nothing but water and diet coke.
    Every day I'm not in the gym. Cardio.

    Aside from that everything else is the same.
