What did I do to my shoulder?

    Yesterday was chest/tri day and i noticed a pain in my right shoulder upon my frist warmup bench. The pain kinda came and went throughout the workout but after the workout, and especially today, it hurts like a bitch. It pretty much hurts at the top/front of the shoulder the more I stretch my arm away from its normal resting state.

    What did I do to it and how long til it gets better, I wanna lift :wtc:

    its probably a strain to the rotator cuff....as ahnold says in the book i'm reading its good to know the difference between muscle soreness and pain..if you are having pain you may want to let whatever injury it is heal

    yea i probably should take a week off. but i was planning on taking that week off for spring break in 2 weeks :mad:

    does it hurt right on top like if you push down that bone that sticks out, thats where mine hurt

    Sounds like my shoulder, took a week off and it still hurt the next workout.

    Taking two weeks off of pressing to see if that will help. Still working out just staying away from anything that stresses the shoulder.
