i've heard some people talk about cheating and situations that arise when your relationship is "ending"

i was just wondering, what are the qualities of a relationship that is on its last legs or "ending" that you use to gauge your own relationships by?

higher frequency of arguments, higher frequency of jealous fits, conversations and activities becoming uncomfortable, reduced desire, even 'dreading' to see each other, feeling that your time is being wasted, thoughts about pursuing more meaningful relationships . . . all the non-fun stuff

not to be confused with just getting over the honeymoon stage, though. I think the difference is when it's actually ending, there's more focused negativity. when you fall into a complacency rut, it's pretty much indifference.

When you want to go on a random trip but your GF wont let you. Even though you swear you are the man of the house.
