I myself have really slow fibers.
It takes about 2 days before i feel the burn.
I always thought people had both the slow and fast fibers?
This is called delayed-onset muscle soreness and I don't think it has anything to do with slow/fast-twitch fiber type.

the only way to know what type of fibers you have MORE of is through looking at your own dead body.
i looked at my dead body. i have more medium twitch fibers
