I know it's filled with 3 kinds of creatine, and you need to drink a shitload of water for creatine. I know it gives you a faster recovery time from workouts and what not but other than that, I know nothing. Can you clue me in? :)

What would be a good price for it? I've done some searching on the interwebs and found what they are normally selling for about $65-70 for about $35-40. But like I said, I know jack shit about it and won't plunk anything down for it unless I'm happy with it.

Overpriced creatine/NO2/whatever it is supp. You'd be better off buying the individual ingredients in bulk and saving some money.

yeah, it's basicly some CEE, and a few other gimmick creatines (creatine monohydrate with a "hydration agent" and creatine alpha-ketoglutarate) with 3 NO2 products in the same configuration (a normal one, a different version of the normal one, and an alpha-ketoglutarate one) and then the same thing with Glutamine, I don't know why they felt the need to tack alpha-ketoglutarate on all the compounds in it, probably just as a gimmick.

    totally overpriced
